Membership covers the care. You pay for each gift separately, chosen within the budget you set per person, at cost and never marked up. Every membership is month-to-month. Cancel anytime; moments used before they’re paid for are settled at cancellation. Extra moments are $150 each.

Gifts are paid for by you, separately from your membership. Each one is chosen within a budget you set in advance for each person, and passes through at exactly what we pay. No markup, ever.

When can I join?
Founding memberships are planned to open January 4, 2027, ahead of our Valentine’s Day launch. Join the founding list for an update before seats open. No payment is collected today.
What is a moment?
One occasion handled from gift selection through the note, wrapping and delivery. Your membership covers the care; the gift itself is paid for separately, within your approved budget.
Who pays for the gifts?
You do, separately from your membership. You set a budget for each person. We show the gift, tax, any delivery cost and any applicable sourcing fee before an order goes ahead.
What happens if I don’t reply?
At launch, a gift may go ahead only under the budget and standing instructions you have already approved. We ask whether anything has changed before each occasion.
Is every gift hand-wrapped?
Debut gifts ship in the store’s gift packaging, with hand wrapping available as an add-on. Premiere includes hand wrapping; Ovation adds our signature keepsake box. Flowers come directly from the florist.
Will they know I used a concierge?
The note is written in your voice and the gift arrives from you. You take the bow.
Can I pay or access the portal today?
We’re welcoming founding-list interest now. Member accounts, checkout and the private portal will open with memberships; we’ll share details before you join.
